Visit to a local Mosque for a lesson in Islam and prayer with Latifa and 'Abd al-Hayy

Lesson in Buddhism and Mindfulness at St. James .... with Julie Tato of Taos Mountain Sangha. After this first beginner lesson, we will schedule a Sangha visit for a future date.
